A bet is confirmed only when a bet ID is generated and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference should not be assumed to be active. If you are uncertain whether a bet has been accepted, check your bet history in the account section.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body – for cricket this means the result as confirmed by the ICC or the relevant national board. For PSL, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board applies. wen288 reserves the right to delay settlement if an official result is pending or under review.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment before sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared, obvious pricing errors, events cancelled before the start, or where an event is determined to be outside the terms of the bet. Voided bets are returned to the account balance at the original stake amount.
Live in-play betting is available for selected cricket, football and Esports events. Live odds update continuously and accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance. wen288 may suspend live markets at any point during an event without prior notice.
The wen288 VIP programme operates across Bronze, Gold and Diamond tiers. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across Casino, Live Casino and Sports Betting. Progression is calculated automatically and communicated through the account dashboard.
VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limit increases and queue priority are applied automatically to eligible accounts. wen288 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, tier thresholds or programme structure at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected members.

In the event of account closure for a terms violation, funds in the account may be held pending investigation. Funds in accounts closed for reasons unrelated to violations will be returned to the registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification requirements.
Dormant accounts – those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months – may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Members can reactivate their account by logging in and contacting support.
